this morning we met with our realtor, signed some papers and took photos. this is really happening. our home for the last almost seven years is going on the market today.
before our realtor arrived, my stomach was churning at the thought of not being able to sell before we moved. after meeting with her, we’re led to believe we’ll sell and need to be out before we want to leave in june. apparently the market has really picked up and moving fast.
i will NOT worry about this. the what ifs, the maybes. it’s now out of my hands.
the only thing i can do is bribe my children to help keep the house clean with the promise of a new book for every five days that they assist with this never ending task.
YEAH!!! Fingers crossed that it will sell before you need to move but not too fast that you have to be in limbo for a couple of months – praying for perfect timing! I can’t believe that it is here…
Woot. And Boo at the same time. So happy for your next adventure and SO PROUD of your attitude towards the possibility of challenge! You are right though, its out of your control! I see many trips to McD’s in your future for “quick get out of the house” trips!
