Our house sold the night of Emily’s birthday when someone called and asked if they could come in 20 min….I said “Sure, but it’s my daughter’s 5th birthday and I have balloon’s, cake and presents EVERYWHERE!” Maybe they liked the “lived in” look! lol Good luck!

I’ll bet that note made all the difference in the world to a tired woman! We just got the pictures taken for our home after four straight days of cleaning, purging and … I’m not sure what else we did, but I’m exhausted! Here’s hoping we sell – and that people say nice things like that about our house!
