Not your typical game day appetizer! Waffle fries topped with skewered meatballs and cheese cubes and smothered in a brown gravy. This Meatball Poutine is a guaranteed touchdown.

Looking for a main dish appetizer? It’s a thing, I swear. Or perhaps I just made it up as it’s an excuse to have a larger appetizer all to myself. You understand these things, right?
Enter my Meatball Poutine. Waffle fries topped with skewered meatballs and cheese cubes and smothered in a brown gravy. A menu touchdown, for sure. The gravy game together in literally two minutes thanks to McCormick Gluten-Free Brown Gravy Mix. Instead of water, I used beer to create an even more flavorful sauce for this dish.
