My five ingredient homemade Horseradish Hummus is so crazy easy, you'll never go the store-bought route again. Chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, prepared horseradish and garlic are the stars of this snacking show. Everything goes into the food processor and then takes a quick whirl around until smooth.
- 2 15-ounce cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Add all ingredients to bowl of food processor.
Process on high until smooth.
Garnish with additional chickpeas and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
