Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup prepared horseradish
  • 6 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to bowl of food processor.
  • Process on high until smooth.
  • Garnish with additional chickpeas and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
