Look no further than this Spiralized Indian Waldorf Salad for a healthy, easy and flavorful side dish. Spiralized apples, celery, raisins and red onion are tossed in a dressing of Greek yogurt spiked with lime juice, curry powder and ginger in this 15 minute recipe.

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 teaspoons lime juice + zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds


  • In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, curry powder and ginger. Set aside.
  • Remove stems from apple and spiralize using the largest noodle blade of your spiralizer. For easier eating, cut the longer strands of apple noodles with kitchen sheers into smaller lengths.
  • Add apples, celery, raisins and onion to bowl with dressing and toss gently to coat.
  • Garnish with almonds and lime zest prior to serving.
