These Butterscotch Marshmallow Brownies have an indulgent brownie base studded with marshmallows and showered with dark chocolate and butterscotch chips.

Ingredients

flour

cups
miniature marshmallows
1/2
cup
dark chocolate chips
1/2
cup
butterscotch chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
Add cocoa and coffee to melted butter.
Stir together to combine.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla to saucepan.
Stir together until well combined.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir together until just combined
Add marshmallows to brownie batter.
Stir together to combine.
Pour batter into greased 9″ x 13″ baking pan and smooth into an even layer.
Sprinkle chocolate and butterscotch chips over batter in an even layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until just set and a toothpick inserted into the center removes cleanly.
