Look no further than this Spiralized Indian Waldorf Salad for a healthy, easy and flavorful side dish. Spiralized apples, celery, raisins and red onion are tossed in a dressing of Greek yogurt spiked with lime juice, curry powder and ginger in this 15 minute recipe.
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, curry powder and ginger. Set aside.
Remove stems from apple and spiralize using the largest noodle blade of your spiralizer. For easier eating, cut the longer strands of apple noodles with kitchen sheers into smaller lengths.
Add apples, celery, raisins and onion to bowl with dressing and toss gently to coat.
Garnish with almonds and lime zest prior to serving.
