Ingredients

1 recipe Perfect Pizza Crust
2 cups Beer Braised Beanless Chili
1-1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
3 hot dogs sliced
chopped onion and cilantro to garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Prepare Perfect Pizza Crust as directed, pressing into pizza pan.
Spoon Beer Braised Beanless Chili onto pizza crust, spreading in an even layer, leaving a 1" visible crust along the edge.
Sprinkle cheese over chili and top with sliced hot dogs.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
