Ingredients

mayonnaise

smoked paprika

white wine vinegar

diced cooked chicken breast

sliced almonds

celery stalks

dried apricots

fresh basil leaves

Instructions
In a large bowl, add mayonnaise, yogurt, paprika, garlic and vinegar.
Stir together to completely combined.
Add chicken, almonds, onion, celery, apricots and basil to bowl.
Stir to combine, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
TIP:
This is a great recipe to use leftover chicken. In a pinch, I also like to use a rotisserie chicken.
