Apple Cider Glaze

powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cheesecake Filling
In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, sugar, egg and caramel extract on medium speed until well combined.
Scrape filling into a small bowl and set aside.
Coffee Cake
In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar on medium speed.
Add egg, caramel extract and yogurt and mix until combined.
TIP:
Don't have plain yogurt? You can substitute sour cream with equally delicious results!
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Spread half of coffee cake batter onto the bottom of a greased 9" x 13" pan.
Spread cheesecake filling evenly over top of cake batter.
Spread apple pie filling into an even layer over cheesecake filling.
Top with dollops of remaining cake batter.
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
In a small bowl, stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Using a pastry blender, cut butter into sugar and flour mixture until pieces are the size of peas.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar topping over top of cake.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle of cake removes cleanly. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
Apple Cider Glaze
In a small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and apple cider.
Drizzle over top of coffee cake.
