These thick and chewy Easy Snickers Brownies are absolutely out of this world! A German chocolate cake mix is studded with chocolate chips, pecans and Snickers candy before being slathered with caramel and a rich chocolate ganache.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, add cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and butter.
Mix on medium speed until combined and no dry ingredients are visible.
Spread 2/3 of cake mixture into bottom of a greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.TIP: I like to use a silicone spatula to spread the cake batter so that it spreads easily into an even layer.
Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips, pecans and Snickers Bites candy over the top.TIP: Can't find Snickers Bites candy? You can substitute the same amount of coarsely chopped Snickers candy bars.
In a small saucepan over low heat add Caramel Bits and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.TIP: Can't find Caramel Bits? You can substitute the same amount of coarsely chopped caramels.
Stir mixture until caramel is completely melted.
Pour caramel over cake mixture.
Drop remaining 1/3 of cake mixture by the tablespoon over melted caramel.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely.
