another week, another layout created. it's funny how a little personal goal makes you get something done! today's goal is finish knitting a hat for L so i can move onto two hats for some little boys out in arizona. lucky for me it doesn't get cold there as fast as it does here!
photos of our trip to the pumpkin patch two years ago. ironically, i worked on this layout last night – while watching football – just after having come from the pumpkin patch from this year's trip. so funny to compare photos. we all had such an awesome time, love that place!
the patterned paper on the left page is made to look three dimensional, but i added the floral embellishment and then created the inked circular scallops to give it a bit more interest. i also recolored the alphabet stickers on the right page with an ink pad to better match my layout. it was definitely a bit out of my comfort zone to create a two page layout. hadn't done one of those in a long time! funny as back in the day, that's all i use to make.
