i usually plan my menu in advance on sunday and just have this post go live on monday mornings. obviously this week that didn't happen. but hey, that means i can already give you the review from tonight's dinner, right?
monday : honey sauced chicken. bridgette had this on her twitter feed over the weekend and gave it two thumbs up. i had everything already so in the crockpot it went. i did add some cornstarch to the sauce to thicken it up a bit and doubled the recipe but otherwise left it as is. really good. thinking i might make this again and then freeze it for a post-baby meal.
tuesday : culver's. we don't usually go out for dinner during the week and it isn't like this is fancy or anything, but they're donating 10% to haiti relief tomorrow. and i love their sourdough melts.
wednesday : enchilada casserole. mmmmm. my favorite meal ever. need to throw this one on the recipejournal.
thursday : leftovers. i'm a lucky mama-to-be in that i have friends throwing me a baby shower so i'll be going out instead.
friday : pizza.
