2010’s second menu, unfortunately it’s not too exciting but andy requested two of the items so i’m being a nice wife and making them both. plus maybe he’ll return the niceness by rolling the paint in the office/nursery tonight since i’ve already trimmed?
monday : pork + mango potstickers. i wasn’t able to find the round dumpling wrappers last week so andy’s stopping by whole foods this afternoon to search. hopefully he’ll be successful and we can give these a whirl!
tuesday : chicken and dumpling soup. a winter favorite in our house. leftovers don’t last long either.
wednesday : swiss chicken casserole. a favorite of both andy and the girl.
thursday : barack obama’s chili. i have some frozen tomatoes left from the end of the summer harvest and this will be a perfect way to use them. and my sister tried this one last week so i thought i’d give it a try as well.
