A Mexican spin on a traditional appetizer favorite. These Mexican Mozarella Sticks come together in just minutes! Better yet -they’re baked, not fried.

Fall Saturdays can mean only one thing in our house. College football! We’re all dressed in black and gold and ready to catch our Tigers take on that week’s opponent. And game days mean that game day food is a necessity! Appetizers and snacks replace a traditional sit down meal. It’s a bit hard to cheer while eating with a fork and sitting in the dining room, right?
Having friends over for the game means catering to all different types of food aversions and restrictions. In our group of friends, that specifically means finding gluten-free alternatives to typical game day fare. Enter McCormick Gluten-Free Recipe Mixes. These flavorful seasoning blends are made without gluten, MSG or artificial flavors/ colors and best of all, are not more expensive than their non-gluten-free counterparts.
First up a little pre-game snack to kick things off. A Mexican spin on a traditional favorite. It was as simple as stirring in McCormick Gluten-Free Taco Seasoning into the panko bread crumbs. The easiest ever coating for pieces of mozzarella string cheese.
