It’s crazy to think that March is going to be a chaotic birthday month in our family from now on. The girls’ birthdays are within 10 days of one another. Luckily Leighton let me off the hook this year in the cake department by requesting an ice cream cake from Mitchell’s. We love Mitchell’s and their peanut butter cup ice cream cakes are amazing.
The rest of the menagerie picked out two new Barbies for the birthday girl given her obsession with the Barbie Secret Door DVD she received for Christmas. Quality programming, I tell you.
Two of six of us actually work green on St. Patrick’s Day – one of my favorite photos of these two together. Kellyn is wearing one of the three newborn sleepers we own and that were only worn by Camryn. Carson and Leighton were way too big to ever wear newborn clothing.
This next week will inch us closer to our everyday routine as Andy is headed back to work after a two week paternity leave. We’ve definitely been spoiled! Luckily the girls are still on spring break so it’ll give me a week to try and figure out our new routine before school begins again.
