Here’s what’s on our family meal plan this week:
Meatless Monday: Quinoa Berry Salad. A gorgeous summer salad to start your week.
I’ve selected Monday as a night of the week for our family to eat a meatless meal as it tends to be more budget friendly as well as a friendlier option for the environment. My meat and potato eating husband tends to go along with this idea because I also make him a yummy dessert in addition to his meatless meal. What can I say? I’m nice like that!
Tuesday: Barbecue Pizza Bratwursts. National Bratwurst Day – aka Bratsgiving! – is Sunday. This recipe is the perfect way to celebrate.
Wednesday: Honey Balsamic Pulled Pork. School starts on Wednesday and this pulled pork would make easy, hearty sandwiches for dinner.
Thursday: Pasta with Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Green Veggies. There is absolutely no way you can go wrong with garlic and pasta. None.
Friday: Sloppy Joe Fries. Hello there, comfort food! What a way to end the week on a high note.
Breakfast + Brunch: Cheesy Bacon Breakfast Casserole. Cheese and bacon FTW! A delicious beginning to the weekend and a dish that’s guaranteed to go quickly.
Dessert: Mocha Coconut Frappuccino Pie. I’ve transformed one of your favorite coffee house drinks into a pie that takes less than 10 minutes to create!
