Game on! After a week filled with window washers, carpenters, carpet installers and photographers, there’s a sign in our yard and our house is on the market. Now my fingers are crossed that it sells soon because I’m not sure how long I can keep it in show-worthy condition with four children, a dog and a cat underfoot. I’m giving the turtle the benefit of the doubt that she won’t be causing any funny business.
So this week, it’s all about meals that won’t be causing a big mess in the kitchen. Or any funny smells. When we were looking at houses in Colorado a few weeks ago, one of them smelled like some type of food but I couldn’t figure out what it was and it was totally distracting. Does that make me odd? Don’t answer that.
