
This has become my go to busy mama breakfast. I love that I'm able to put it together the night before when nobody is at my feet and the next morning it's waiting for me after I prepare breakfast for everyone else. This is a filling breakfast that gets me to lunch as I don't often get a chance for a morning snack.

Ingredients
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir to combine ingredients and top with nut butter and your choice of nuts or granola.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with how much milk you use to create your the desired consistency of your oats. I typically add 1/3 cup and then an additional splash. My favorite way to prepare is to top with a spoon of sunflower seed butter and then Nature's Path Pumpkin Seed Flax or Coconut Chia granola.
