No one will ever guess this Black Bottom No Bake Cherry Cheesecake takes just 10 minutes to prepare. A puddle of chocolate ganache fills an Oreo crust that is then topped with no bake cheesecake filling. Cherry pie filling creates a colorful contrast over it all before being drizzled with even more chocolate ganache.
Pour half of chocolate ganache into Oreo pie crust and refrigerate for one hour or until mostly set.
In a medium bowl, add whipped topping, cream cheese and powdered sugar and beat together with an electric mixer until combined. Spoon over chocolate ganache and spread evenly over pie crust.
Spoon cherry pie filling over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate to set, at least one hour.
Before serving, reheat remaining chocolate ganache and drizzle over each piece.
