Ingredients

baking powder

teaspoon
salt

blueberries

cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
Add cocoa and coffee to melted butter.
Stir together to combine.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla to saucepan.
Stir together until well combined.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir together until just combined.
TIP:
You’ll want to stir only until there are no dry ingredients visible.
Add blueberries to batter.
Gently fold blueberries into batter.
TIP:
You'll want to carefully stir the blueberries into the batter so that they do not break.
Pour batter into greased 9″ x 13″ baking pan and smooth into an even layer.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter in an even layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until just set and a toothpick inserted into the center removes cleanly.
