In the last week, I’ve baked close to 10 dozen cookies. ‘Tis the season I suppose! You’d never guess that I used to despise baking cookies as I deemed them high maintenance. I’ve since changed my tune and look forward to filling our cookie jar each Sunday afternoon while the menagerie is napping. Or, in theory, should be napping.
