This week’s menu was a bit different interesting to plan as we’re currently without a range. We’ve had an electric range since we moved in that I’ve loathed as it was difficult to cook with as I was spoiled with a gas range in Madison. This week it’s all about the slow cooker and toaster oven!
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week :
Monday : Leftovers. We’ve got Baked Spagansa, Easy Chicken Pot Pie and Dewey’s Pizza after the last few days of house guests. More than plenty for everyone to pick and choose. With that being said, I’d bet without a doubt that Leighton asks for a Peanut Butter and Jelly, her favorite.
Tuesday : Slow Cooker Marmalade Curry Chicken. A new recipe I’m trying from my 24 Day Challenge Cookbook.

Wednesday : Turkey Meat Loaf. I’m going to take the challenge of cooking this in the toaster oven. Here’s hoping for a great end result…
Thursday : Applesauce Chicken. One of the first recipes I made of Stephanie’s. We haven’t made it in months so with needing great slow cooker meals this week, I’m bringing it back!
Friday : Country Captain Chicken Slow Cooker. Another 24 Day Challenge recipe. The ingredient list includes Granny Smith apples – my favorite.
