A visual weekly family friendly menu including five weeknight meal, a breakfast and dessert idea. Each featured recipe includes multiple photos for each dish.

Happy Saturday! This week marks the first week that I’m partnering with four fellow food bloggers to bring you a menu plan full of our favorites. Not only will you get a dinner idea for each weeknight, but we’ll also be sharing a breakfast and dessert idea as well. We hope you’ll find some new family favorites!
Here’s what’s on our family meal plan this week:
Meatless Monday: Kale and Couscous Tofu Bowls with Orange Tahini Dressing. This dressing sounds amazing and these bowls look absolutely gorgeous. How can you go wrong?
I’ve selected Monday as a night of the week for our family to eat a meatless meal as it tends to be more budget friendly as well as a friendlier option for the environment. My meat and potato eating husband tends to go along with this idea because I also make him a yummy dessert in addition to his meatless meal. What can I say? I’m nice like that!
Tuesday: Crockpot Pesto Ranch Chicken Thighs. So many things to love about this one. Slow cooker? Check! Pesto? Ranch? Chicken? Check! Check! Check!
Wednesday: Butternut Squash Pasta Skillet. Cheesy pasta is always a winner in my book!
Thursday: Easy Sloppy Joes. A definite family favorite in our house. Add french fries or a salad – or both! – and dinner is done!
Friday: Pretzel Crust Pizza. Fridays are always the perfect pizza night and no matter what ingredients you put on top, this pizza crust sounds divine!
Breakfast: Mushroom and Goat Cheese Omelet with Spinach and Avocado. I can’t think of a better way to start my day. So many of my favorites in one dish!
Dessert: Banana Pudding Poke Cake. My Cookies ‘n Cream Poke Cake is always a favorite and I have no doubt that this poke cake would be a welcome site as well!
