How is it the 23rd of January already? I suppose when things are as chaotic as they are now, I’m simply trying to take things one day at a time. The past two days we’ve had painters here and next week will bring window washers, carpet installers and hopefully at the end of the week our house will be listed and it’ll sell quickly! I also seem to have the cold that will never end. I was in bed by 10p last night which NEVER happens. I definitely needed the extra rest so that I can get a lot accomplished this weekend.
I’ll say it again… When things are chaotic, a meal plan is definitely needed to insure we’re eating well and to take the guesswork out of feeding everyone.
