the busyness around here continues. i’m a broken record. in the midst of it all, our date night for march happened to be last night.
when i heard jason aldean was coming to town, i snagged tickets immediately. even going so far as to join the fan club so i could get tickets earlier than the general public. the evening did not disappoint. we were four rows back from the general admission and most of the concert he was about the length of our living room away from us. and he played all my favorites. this shot was during his song “fly over states” which is one of my favorites. you can tell he’s gearing up for his big shows this summer at stadiums with the amount of speakers, screens, etc. he brought with him. i think something like 19 trailers worth of stuff.
the only downside was that it was LOUD. like my jeans were vibrating loud. as in my ears are still ringing this morning loud.
getting to spend a few hours with my husband who i don’t see near enough enjoying some great music made for a great evening. and of course, the nachos i consumed for dinner were the cherry on top.
