being the competitive-type, i didn't want a monday to go by without posting a menu. even though i'm technically not posting a menu. with things a bit up in the air about this baby's arrival, i'm not seeing menu planning as a viable option for the week. i do know one thing we'll be having if i'm at home…
wednesday : reuben bake. wednesday is st. patrick's day which means reuben bake in our house. totally a dish for andy, although it is pretty good. and easy to put together. i did use the excuse if i was in the hospital, that meant no reuben bake but he didn't find that excuse good enough.
that's about all i have planned menu wise for this week. we'll consider this week an adventure both in the kitchen and family wise.

meatballs in peanut chile sauce. super easy – throw everything in the crockpot and turn it on. loved the little bit of kick. andy and the girl liked them as well. the kick is more in the sauce so i simply watched how much sauce was on the girl's portion. definitely will be made again.
