okay, getting back into the swing of things. was so proud of myself as i made my menu on friday and did my grocery shopping then as well while the girl and i waited for daddy to get home. not sure if all of this will get made this week as this week is looking like pure chaos as i glanced at both of our google calendars.
monday : nothing planned for the holiday.
tuesday : skillet stuffed peppers. this is so easy and one of andy’s favorites. a win/win.
wednesday : beef and noodles. hello crockpot to make my life a bit easier.
thursday : autumn sausage casserole. another crockpot recipe. looks promising to me!
friday : quesadilla casserole. as seen in the newest issue of rachel ray’s magazine. hoping it will pass andy’s approval as it doesn’t have any of the requisite meat food group.
