Week one of the new year? Check! And it’s been an eventful one. Have I mentioned we’re moving? Last week, my husband signed a contract and we’re officially headed to Colorado in June. I thought we would be listing our house in March as we’ve done the other two times we’ve moved in June – the end of the year for medical students/residents/fellows – but found out on Wednesday that instead we’re listing on February 1st. Stressed? Just a wee bit! I’ve spent the last three days calling movers, getting a storage unit, acquiring boxes and all sorts of fun things.
All the more reason to keep things as planned as possible on the home front, including what we’ll be eating for dinner each night. It helps to keep the menagerie and I in check.
