Here’s what’s on our family meal plan this week:
Meatless Monday: Lemon Arugula Pasta. Perhaps our most favorite meatless meal and my 7 year old daughter’s favorite dinner. The one she requests for her birthday. You know it has to be good if that’s the case!
I’ve selected Monday as a night of the week for our family to eat a meatless meal as it tends to be more budget friendly as well as a friendlier option for the environment. My meat and potato eating husband tends to go along with this idea because I also make him a yummy dessert in addition to his meatless meal. What can I say? I’m nice like that!
Tuesday: Classic Weeknight Tacos. What else would you have on Tuesday but tacos?
Wednesday: Summer Chicken Taco Salad with Jalapeno Ranch.
Thursday: Slow Cooker Huli Huli Chicken. Take a break from cooking during the middle of the week and let your slow cooker do the work for you!
Friday: Asparagus and Leek Skillet Pizza. Love this stellar flavor combination!
Breakfast: Caramel Apple Cheesecake Coffee Cake. The perfect autumn breakfast or brunch idea!
Dessert: No Bake Turtle Cookies. Because no bake means you can enjoy them sooner rather than later, right?
