I feel like I’m just beginning to recover from Thanksgiving and get into the swing of Christmas. It was a long week of getting back to our regularly scheduled routine of school, practices, homework – you know the drill. It’s all about making sure that I know what’s for dinner long before the dinner hour arrives to make sure that the day goes as smoothly as possible.
