These Dulce de Leche Swirl S’mores Brownies have it all! A graham cracker base topped by a fudgy brownie, dulce de leche, chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Swirl dulce de leche into brownie batter with knife or skewer to create marbleized effect.TIP: Be careful to not drag your knife or skewer too deeply through the batter or you’ll disturb the graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the swirled batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees or until just set.
Marshmallows
Remove brownies from oven and turn oven to broil setting. Add marshmallows to top of brownies pressing lightly to adhere them to the warm brownies.
Broil for 2-3 minutes or until they reach desired char level. Let cool completely before attempting to cut and serve.TIP: Don’t walk away from your oven and watch your brownies closely as the marshmallows will brown quickly!
