a hat for my friend bridgette's little boy, ethan. who is currently battling yet another ear infection. hopefully a hat with ear flaps is just what the doctor ordered! so fun to knit for a little boy. my model had to be bribed with fruity flakes from trader joes so that i could get a few photos before sending it off. i'll also be making a blue version minus the eyeballs for his older brother.
even though she was an unwilling model in the beginning, i named the hat after C. she says a frog says "yippit" instead of "ribbit." funny girl.
