Here’s what we’ll be eating this week:
Monday: Jalapeno Popper Mac and Cheese Brats. A great grilling recipe for the holiday weekend. This mac and cheese is delicious by itself and even more amazing when sitting atop a freshly grilled brat.
Tuesday: Lemon Chia Chicken Zucchini Noodles. After a more indulgent meal the night before, this is the the perfect dish to balance things out.
Wednesday: Pepper and Garlic Tortellini Stir Fry. A quick and easy meal for mid-week. With school winding down and lots of extra events on our schedule, quick and easy is needed!
Thursday: Slow Cooker Blackberry Chicken. The perfect use for all the gorgeous berries now available at the farmer’s market.
Friday: Sweet and Smoky Bacon Brat Burger. Back to the grill to start the weekend! This burger is over the top delicious.
