
It’s that time of year when thinking about cooking dinner is the last thing I want to do when i’m trying to juggle the every day and the holiday stuff all at once. The exact reason why menu planning is key to making sure we continue to eat well!
Here’s what we’re eating this week :
Monday : Leftovers. Cleaning out the fridge to prepare space for this week’s groceries.
Tuesday : Crockpot Bolognese. I have half of this sauce from the last time I made it in the freezer. An easy dinner ready and waiting.
Wednesday : Chili Lime Chicken Drumsticks. Can’t get enough of these!
Thursday : Slow Cooker Balsamic Shredded Beef. A Pinterest find and what appears to be the perfect, comforting meal on a cold night.
Friday : Pizza. Nothing better than a pie with the Perfect Pizza Crust! Even if we don’t have pizza on Friday, I love having all the ingredients on hand as it makes an easy meal no matter what night of the week it may be.
New Recipe Reviews from Last Week
Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Baked Potato. Loved this. Couldn’t have been easier. Want to try it with chicken next time instead of steak.
Slow Cooker Chicken Parmigiana Sandwiches. A big hit and makes a LOT. Still want to change things up with it a bit, but would no doubt make again.
