Here’s what’s on our family meal plan this week:

Meatless Monday: Slow Cooker French Onion Soup | Diary of a Recipe Collector
I’ve selected Monday as a night of the week for our family to eat a meatless meal as it tends to be more budget friendly as well as a friendlier option for the environment. My meat and potato eating husband tends to go along with this idea because I also make him a yummy dessert in addition to his meatless meal. What can I say? I’m nice like that!

Tuesday: Oven Fried Korean Chicken Tacos | Cooking & Beer

Wednesday: Chicken and Biscuits | Fake Ginger

Thursday: Crockpot Loaded Potato Soup | The Grant Life

Friday: Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Pizza Soup | Melanie Makes

Breakfast: Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant Bake | Diary of a Recipe Collector

Dessert: Cinnamon Bars | Cooking & Beer
You can find all of the ingredients for this week’s recipes at your local Earth Fare natural foods grocer. What really sets Earth Fare apart from other stores is the list of things they are free from. All the things that people are trying to avoid in their diets these days. Things like high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, artificial colors and sweeteners, and synthetic growth hormones in fresh meat and dairy. I love that they believe food should be as close to the ground as it gets, and that they read the labels on products so I don’t have to. I mean, who has time to read labels? Especially when you’re shopping with small children who are already competing with the grocery list for attention. (Please tell me I’m not the only one thinking this!)
So, are you ready to make your next trip to get groceries a bit easier? See the entry form below to win a $100 Earth Fare gift card.

I was compensated by Earth Fare to create a menu plan featuring ingredients that could be purchased at their stores. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting this sponsor that allows me the opportunity to create content, such as this, for Melanie Makes.
