It’s no wonder why my husband loves this Apple Pie Biscuit Casserole so much. Apple pie is his dessert of choice, or anything else apple flavored for that matter.
He’s always not so casually dropping a hint that he’d love a Snickerdoodle Apple Crisp each week for dessert or can make these Mini Applesauce Muffins disappear in the blink of an eye. I actually have him to thank for bringing this Sugar Cinnamon Apple Cake recipe into our lives as well.
This seven ingredient Apple Pie Biscuit Casserole requires little effort, yet is always well received. Equally perfect for a lazy Saturday morning breakfast or a dressed up holiday brunch. This is also one of those recipes where if you have little ones at home, they can easily step in to help and feel like they’ve done the majority of the recipe by themselves. Definitely a big thing.

It’s simply doctored with brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and instantly becomes something more special than something found on your pantry shelf. And when you sandwich refrigerated biscuit dough between two layers of said apple pie filling, the result is absolutely comforting. It also makes your home smell down right amazing.
